Welcome to 5th Chichester Scouts!

If you’re aged six to fourteen join us for weekly fun, challenge and adventure at our headquarters on Whyke Road!

Weather you join us as a Beaver, Cub, Scout or Volunteer, you can expect to take part in exciting adventurous activities which will teach you useful skills for life!

Beavers are aged between 6 and 8. They meet on a Tuesday evening between 6pm and 7pm. Beaver Scouts are the youngest section of the Scouting family. Their activities are based around making things, outdoor activities, singing, playing games, going out on visits, investigating nature, listening to stories, learning how to be safe and most importantly, making new friends.

Cubs are aged between 8 and 10. They meet on a Thursday evening between 6:30pm and 8pm. Cubs take part in a wide range of activities designed to be interesting and challenging. A Cub Scout meeting consists of games and activities with plenty of time spent outdoors. Camps and holidays are some of the most memorable events of the year for Cubs.

Scouts are all aged between 10 and 14. They meet on a Friday between 7pm and 9pm. Scouts regulary get up to all kinds of outdoor activities, with the highlight being camping. Throughout the year, Scouts learn various skills, such as map reading, camp cooking and first aid!
